Featured Artwork
Golden Tides is a reduction linoprint that captures the shifting reflections of golden hour light across a tidal shoreline. This is one of my favourite times of the day, the warm golden glow cast over the landscape brings magic for just a moment before nightfall. Layered with depth and subtle movement, the piece evokes the quiet rhythm of the sea as day transitions into dusk.
Dimensions mm by mm approx.
Every step in the process of making the linocut, from drawing and designing, to carving and printing, is done by hand, and as such, every linocut is completely unique and may vary slightly in colour, ink evenness and other small variations.
Golden Tides has been drawn and carved into linoleum and hand printed by me using water based ink onto acid free paper.
Limited edition of 50 prints.
Unframed.
Tūī Linoprint
Dimensions 297mm by 420mm approx.
For me, the sound of the Tūī is the sound of Aotearoa.
The Tūī, with its distinctive melodic calls and iridescent plumage, holds profound significance in Māori culture. Esteemed as a taonga (treasure), the Tūī embodies life and vitality. Its remarkable vocal abilities, attributed to possessing two voice boxes, enable it to produce a diverse range of sounds, symbolizing communication and adaptability. Historically, Māori revered the Tūī as a messenger bridging the physical and spiritual realms, believed to convey messages between ancestors and the living.

Custom skate decks using a range of my original lino print art. Lino is printed onto super lightweight 45gsm paper and then cut and overlaid on to either bare wood or painted skate deck, in the street art “paste up” style.
